Although we do not accept any of the above insurances, we do have a
therapist who is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who
will see patients for $40 per 45 minute session. (You may also
choose to see a Fully Licensed Therapist... LPC or LCSW for $75 per
session.)
The LPCA (Takisha
Booker) is currently fulfilling requirements for full licensure (LPC)
and is working under the supervision of the owner of CCS.
Most insurance
co-pays are more than $40, so you are probably saving money by
working with the LPCA as opposed to going to another counseling place
(and currently, there is no waiting list).
Also, if you
choose to work with Takisha, there is no limit on your sessions per year
as there would be with a therapist who takes your insurance.
Keep in mind
that most counseling agencies in the surrounding area offer counseling
services that start at $85 per session for those who do not use
insurance.
